Indian Cumin Seeds market is witnessing lower demands from international and domestic markets since last 1 month and prices are slowly dipping. We don’t see any major demands in near future which can result Cumin Seeds prices to shoot up drastically.
New Crop 2017 Indian Cumin Seeds sowing is expected to start from next month and as prices have been favorable in past crop for farmers the Indian farmers are incentivised to sow double.
If climatic conditions remain favorable for the Cumin crop before harvesting during mid February to March 2017 the prices are expected to go down again, at present it is too early to forecast for the new crop 2017
