According to the survey till now current year-2015 new sowing of Sesame Seeds in states of Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh & Gujarat in India is done in significantly more area comparing to last year-2014. The rainfall till now has been favorable for good growth of Sesame Seeds new crop-2015. The climate for Sesame Seeds is favorable till toy and if atmosphere remains favorable till harvesting for Sesame Seeds then crop-2015 production is expected to be more than last year.

From the above figures it is expected that total production of Indian Sesame Seeds will be approximate 4.5 to 4.7 LAKH Metric tonnes for the year 2015
The above expectation of Sesame Seeds is based on present favorable climate till crop harvesting, future Sesame crop situation is dependent on atmospheric conditions

Total present stock of Sesame seeds is approximate 60,000 Metric Tonnes. On new crop arrival of Sesame Seeds it is expected that 60-70% stock will be depleted
Present prices of Indian Sesame Seeds are 30% less compared to last year and according to common view of the traders and stockists the prices are expected to reduce further. This reducing prices of Sesame Seeds will attract stockists in Indian market and demand for Sesame Seeds is expected to rise in domestic as well as international market
The Sesame Crop is known to be most delicate crop. It is said that till the entire Sesame crop is harvested and reaches safely from farm to market all the above forecast and expectations can prove wrong
